Information Provided to Us - When you register an account with Crank, obtain authorization to use this website in any capacity, accept a promotion proposal, obtain a password, or otherwise provide data to us, you provide us with information that we collect. Such information may include your (and/or a Client’s or Sponsor’s) name, address, phone number, name of employer, job title, credit card information and/or transaction history.

Other Information We Receive and Store - We also receive information from you (and any Client and/or Sponsor you may work for) as a result of your visiting our website and sending us emails including your IP address, your email address, your browser type and version, your operating system and platform, your transaction history, length of visits to pages and other browser interaction information.

Use and Disclosure of Information - We will use and disclose information relating to you (and any Client or Sponsor) only as follows: (1) to obtain employee requests and management approvals regarding promotions; (2) to facilitate the forwarding of approved requests to record labels and others; (3) to facilitate receipt of approvals of promotions from record labels and other sponsors of the promotions; (4) to receive and process payments; (5) to pay vendors; (6) to support the accuracy, reputation and integrity of our service; (7) to follow up on any of the foregoing; (8) to make you aware of any changes in our procedures or other services we may offer; (9) to protect the rights and safety of us and others; (10) to notify you of any changes to our procedures or agreements or this Privacy Policy; and (11) as otherwise required by law. We may transfer such information in the event of the sale of substantially all of the assets of our business to a third-party or in the event of a merger, consolidation or acquisition. However, in any such event, any acquirer will be subject to the provisions of our commitments.
